When we were planning our wedding, we searched everywhere for a backdrop that felt like us — something unique and unforgettable. Nothing we found quite fit the vision… so we built it ourselves.

That first piece sparked something bigger: a passion for creating event rentals that are more than just décor. We wanted pieces that would make people pause, smile, and remember the moment. That’s how Copper Coyote was born.

Our name carries our story:

• Copper - a tribute not just to the warm desert tones we love, but also to our orange cat, Copernicus, who’s as much a part of our family (and business) as we are.
• Coyote - a nod to our first date at an Arizona Coyotes game, and to our dog Leo, whose wild-at-heart spirit inspires us every day.
